We are currently recruiting for a range of roles across the department,
in support of our ambitious transformation programme(s) and operational service delivery.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the London Fire Brigade for a System Engagement Manager.
The post-holder will work in conjunction with all of ICT’s system managers in order to manage all aspects of software / system engagement requirements and ensure end users understand how to use them.
Additionally they will undertake the management of documentation; user guidance in written and video form; undertake engagement sessions at various locations;
including fire station locations.

1. Proven experience of preparing and delivering user documentation such as user guides, and preferably instructional videos
2. Proven experience of preparing and delivering engagement sessions both online and face to face.
3.
Written and verbal communication skills in order to write requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, manuals, summaries of research and briefing notes and provide ICT support to system users.
4. An understanding of how the collection and management of data can be used to improve organisational performance and service delivery.
