Job description
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to work across various East Midlands Local Authorities .
Interim Finance Business Partner
Day Rate : £500-£550 per day Inside IR35
Length of Contract - 6 months minimum
Start Date : ASAP
Hybrid working with office attendance once a fortnight
The work will be largely focused on working with the Director of Economy which includes the former Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
The main duties are listed below :
- Budget monitoring and forecasting
- Budget setting
- Advising on new process and policies
- Providing finance comments for reports and officer decisions
- Providing day to day support and advice to the business
Requirements :
- Ideally combined authority experience would be an advantage
- Considerable Local Authority experience as a minimum is essential
- Candidate needs to be fully CCAB qualified to be considered for the role
