Department : Pastry Kitchen andFood & Beverage

Inspired& supported by : Pastry ExecutiveChef

Salary : 39580 includingservice charge

Yourpurpose will be : To work with a brigade of talented chefs to produce5 star quality food for ourguests.

Youwill be accountablefor :

Preparingdishes to the high standards of our distinctive 5 starcuisine

Ensuringour standards for cleanliness and hygiene are well understood andnevercompromised

Supportingchefs in yoursection

Yourkey responsibilities & contribution willbe :

Assisting withproducing our dishes as per the specification ensuringextraordinary quality and consistency for ourguests







Leadingthe team in your section through a smooth service with clearcommunication delegation andsupport

Sharingyour ideas to help improve our operation and the F&Boffering; for ourguests

Beingknowledgeable and a role model of all the food hygiene health& safety and COVID19 policies of the hotel for the safetyof our guests andteam

Takinga proactive approach to resolving issues you have identified (e.g.regarding equipment orprocesses)

Qualifications :

What you will need to dothisrole :

Essential :

23years experience in the hospitalityindustry

Experienceof running a section in a kitchen and ability to motivateothers

Outstandingcommunication skills both written andspoken

Confidencein speaking with colleagues at all levels in thehotel

Enthusiasticand positive personality and ability to build trustingrelationships withothers

Provenorganisation skills and ability to meet deadlines with qualityresults

GNVQLevel 2 or3

Desirable :

Experience workingin 5 starhospitality

FoodSafety and Hygiene Certificate level 2 or3







Experiencein fine dining restaurants or 5 starhotels

Pleasenote that we believe in flexibility and multiskilling and you maybe asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us tomeet the needs of our guests andcolleagues.
