Clinical Lead - Home Oxygen and Clinical Services

What you will enjoy doing
- As part of this role you will lead a multidisciplinary team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement
- As well as support staff development through training and performance appraisals
- You will implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure high standards of care
- As well as oversee Home Oxygen Service and Clinical Services, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards
- This role is responsible for conducting audits and quality checks to maintain top-tier patient care
- As well as resolving clinical issues, complaints,
and incidents promptly and managing incident reporting and resolution for Clinical and Home Oxygen Services
- You will serve as the CQC Registered Manager, Safeguarding Lead and Caldicott Guardian, ensuring regulatory compliance, ensuring robust safeguarding policies and procedures, and ensuring proper handling of patient information
What makes you great
- You are a Registered Healthcare Professional (e.g., Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist) with a valid NMC or HCPC registration.
- Significant experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting is required
- An understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is essential
- You will have a proven track record of managing and leading clinical / operational teams
- Excel in organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in incident management and interfacing with the coroner on clinical incidents
- Experience in safeguarding and understand safeguarding policies and procedures is essential
- You are knowledgeable about Caldicott Principles and information governance
