5560kplus 15k OTE(uncapped)

Weare recruiting for this franchise job in London (23 times a week inthe office) UK travel will also be required so access to your owntransport is essential (travel to Ireland will be requiredalso)

Wehave a fantastic opportunity to join an incredible fitnessfranchise brand as they continue their impressive growth in the UK / Ireland.

We are now looking for a tenacious and dynamicprofessional to join their team as a Franchise Sales Manager. Inthis role you will be driving the franchise sales across the UK andIreland overseeing all aspects of the franchise sales process.







Yourprimary goal will be to drive the growth of our franchise networkby identifying new franchise opportunities and successfullyrecruiting new franchise partners.

The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in franchise sales and possess strongnegotiation and strategic planningskills.

Keyresponsibilities :

- Qualifyingand nurturing incoming leads driving new leads by identifying andevaluating potential franchise opportunities in the UK / Irelandconducting market research and financial analysis asneeded
- Build and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders including potential franchisees existingfranchisees and strategic partners
- Oversee theentire sales process from lead generation and qualification tonegotiation and contract signing
- Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop and implement effectivemarketing campaigns and lead generationstrategies
- Represent the company at industrytrade shows nationally and internationally






- Stayuptodate with industry trends competitor activities and franchiseregulations to identify new opportunities and mitigaterisks
- Develop and maintain a strongunderstanding of the companys franchise offering value propositionand competitive advantages
- Ensure compliancewith all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchisesales andoperations

Aboutyou :

- An ideal candidatewill have a proven track record of success in franchise sales withat least 23 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills
- Strategic thinker with theability to develop and implement effective salesstrategies
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focuson achieving targets and driving revenuegrowth
- Exceptional networking andrelationshipbuilding abilities






- Indepthknowledge of the franchising industry including best practicestrends and regulations in the UK market
- Abilityto analyse market data financial statements and other relevantinformation to evaluate franchiseopportunities
- Willingness to travel as neededto meet with potential franchisees and attend industryevents
