We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and help build and enhance our subscription products that deliver exceptional customer value.

Your Mission
As the Product Manager for our subscription experience , you will be the driving force behind creating and enhancing a world-class subscription product that delivers exceptional customer value.
You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to ongoing iteration, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that our subscription offerings meet and exceed both business and customer expectations.
Your mission is to build a robust , scalable subscription model that enhances customer retention , reduces churn , and maximises revenue growth,
while continuously innovating based on market trends and customer feedback.

Your Background
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with some direct experience in managing subscription products .
- Proven expertise in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including growth and product iterations.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align product goals with broader business objectives.
- Data-driven,
with proficiency in using analytics and metrics to inform decisions and optimise performance.
- Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate product vision and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage features, backlogs, and product roadmaps while collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
