Programme Overview
The EMEA Early Careers Programme is your gateway to a 24-month intensive experience in Corporate & Investment Banking. As a graduate analyst, you'll build leadership skills, gain in-depth business knowledge, and develop a comprehensive understanding of Wells Fargo's operations.
Your journey begins with a robust training program in the United States, where you'll join analysts from across the globe.
This immersive training covers financial accounting, cash flow, credit analysis, product structuring, corporate valuation, and financial modeling.
You'll return equipped with the skills and insights needed to make an immediate impact.
Markets, Programme Analyst, Rates Sales
Our Global Markets team offers a full suite of capital market products and solutions, from distributing public debt and equity to hedging interest rates, credit, and equity risks.

In this role, you will :
- Analyse, aggregate, and present information for the use internally and for our Institutional client base across various Interest Rate products, including Government bonds, Interest Rate Swaps, and Cross-Currency swaps.
- Support pricing and execution of interest rate transactions with various clients.
- Provide daily front office support functions, including, but not limited to trade processing, confirmations and bookings.
- Work closely with the research and quant team to help provide analytical support for the wider sales force to better help serve our Institutional clients.
- Prioritise to successfully execute a wide range of internal processes, client requests, and transactions of varying complexity.
- Drive constant process improvement and find efficiencies across the platform.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory rules, for example MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank etc.
Requirements
- Final-year undergraduate (graduating June 2025).
- Strong interest in finance demonstrated through experience or extracurricular activities.
- Fluent in English.

- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English,
with an additional language preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to learn.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
