Overall aim of the role :
As a Head Floatation Therapist, you will provide a friendly and authentic service to our clients offering advice and guidance for our three relaxation treatments :
Celestial Flotation - this unique salt water treatment allows your body to float freely, with the feeling of being completely weightless.
The pool helps with relaxation, stress relief, improved sleep patterns, aids with pain relief and improves skincare.
Mud Rasul - this treatment encourages customers to cover themselves head-to-toe in three difference muds, specifically designed for the body, scalp and face.
After the mud application, customers head into a relaxing steam room,
followed by showering off the heated mud which ultimately provides super-soft skin and hair.
Hydro-massage Beds - this treatment offers a dry relaxing non-contact massage using pressurised warm water. The adjustable jets apply a constant pressure to massage the back and legs which provides a host of health benefits.
You will help maintain our high standards day after day, from motivating your team, taking responsibility for the shift, working positively and proactively and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead by example, energising the team and making sure they have everything they need for their shift to make it run like clockwork.
You will also ensure the team maintain our high brand standards and that all of our customers receive a personalised experience every time they visit.
What you’ll do :
Key responsibilities of this role will include :
- Managing the operational aspects of the department and supporting the team to ensure the department customer journey expectations are consistently met.
- Promote a high morale within the team by personally having a positive, can-do attitude.
- Support and assist the Treatment Management team with the development of the department.
- Promote a culture of high standards of cleanliness within the department. Monitoring daily completion of cleaning tasks.
- Commit to ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards by completing regular assessments of team members inductions.
- Promote and upsell department treatments to ensure high levels of occupancy.
- Personally achieve monthly retail targets to lead by example, running ad hoc incentives, reporting weekly sales figures and motivating the team.
