Are you a motivated Corporate Finance Solicitor eager to work with high-profile clients and diverse transactions? We are seeking a talented solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join our renowned Corporate Finance practice, based in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market-leading team working on major transactions across the UK and beyond.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across our Restructuring & Business Advisory, Real Estate, Banking, and Share Schemes teams, providing a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
Participate in a mix of corporate transactions,
including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital markets work.
Work on both public and private company matters, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored advice and solutions.
Enjoy a level of autonomy that matches your skills and experience, while being supported by senior team members.

Who We Are Looking For:
Relevant Legal Experience: Ideally in Corporate Finance transactions, though we welcome those with a strong aptitude and desire to excel in this area.
Exceptional Time Management: Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
Motivation and Drive: A proactive attitude towards tackling challenges and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
