About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a high-performing Corporate Team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role offers exposure to cross-border work and international transactions across key industry sectors, focusing on delivering outstanding client service within the Scotland and UK market.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting core documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
Providing efficient,





professional support to partners.
Building and nurturing client relationships.
Supporting business development efforts and enhancing the team's market profile.
Participating in marketing events.
Managing and supervising junior team members, including associates and trainees.

About You
With excellent drafting skills and a talent for leading and managing transactional work, the ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate legal theory into practical client advice. This role requires a confident communicator with sound judgment and interpersonal skills, suitable for a client-facing environment. A minimum of 4 years PQE in a leading law firm is expected, along with the capacity to deliver clear, concise advice to clients.
