Job Overview
- You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the site. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and lead the team to maintain high standards across various areas, while staying within the company's budget.

What youll do:
- Lead by example, delivering top-notch customer service, supporting and assisting staff in doing the same.
- Ensure the store is kept clean,
well-presented, and displays follow company guidelines.
- Efficiently manage stock, including placing orders, overseeing deliveries, rotating products, and performing regular stock checks.
- Ensure all paperwork, promotions, and systems are maintained accurately and on time.
- Ensure the safe, secure and legal running of staff and the site, deputising as key holder for any out-of hours emergencies in the absence of the store manager.
- Supporting the training of staff and helping them reach their full potential.
- Deputise for the store manager in their absence.

Hours:
- 40 hours a week worked over 5 days
