Im currently partnering with an innovative brand strategy agency based in London to find a talentedSenior Consultantwho can lead their Employer Brand and EVP offer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected team and make a significant impact across multiple sectors, including Energy, Technology, Finance, and the Third Sector.

The Role:
This Senior Consultant position is perfect for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, business development, and client engagement. Youll be leading the charge in developing Employer Brand strategies, securing new business, and nurturing key client relationships. The role offers a hybrid working model, with a requirement to be in the London office at least two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:Shape and drive the Employer Brand and EVP offer, using your expertise to deliver innovative solutions that stand out in the market.
- Business Growth:Identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships, targeting £500,000 in new business annually.
- Client Leadership:Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful and measurable brand strategies.
- Insight & Innovation:Stay ahead of industry trends, using research and data to inform strategies and position the agency as a thought leader.
- Team Collaboration:Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence.
