Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 (MPS/UPS Inner London)

MLK Search is excited to be supporting this wonderful two form entry Primary academy in the heart of Ealing in recruiting a strong, dynamic, and confident Class Teacher to join the EYFS Team this coming January 2025.

The school is committed to achieving high standards and exceptional pastoral care for it's pupils. Serving the communities of Northolt and Greenford, they work closely with families to ensure the support is their for children both in and out of the classroom.

As a newly amalgamated Primary school,





they are on a journey of exciting growth with a brand new building due to be completed in 2024 and a growing roll that will bring new progression opportunities for all.

Core Responsibilities

- Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document
- Meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
- Deliver high-quality teaching
- Make effective use of resources
- Improve standards of learning and achievement for all

You will:

- Have a relevant degree, with QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have successful Early Years teaching experience in a Primary setting
- Be able to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs
- Be able to build effective working relationships with pupils
- Be knowledgeable of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
- Be committed to getting the best outcomes for all pupils
- Uphold and promote the ethos and values of the school
