Registered Nurse
Location: Southall, London
Pay Rates: Up to £50,669 per year (£20.30 per hour)
Shift Patterns: 12 Hour Shifts + Paid Breaks
As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in the home’s journey towards achieving an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This home currently cares for residents who require Nursing and Dementia care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff actively contribute to the smooth operation of the Service and foster a supportive environment for residents
- Monitor residents’ health and arrange GP/Professional visits as needed
- Develop and update residents’ Care Plans according to NMC standards and company guidelines
- Evaluate and continuously review the social and healthcare needs of new and current residents
- Perform regular resident checks as specified by the Home Manager
- Provide comprehensive handover reports to relevant staff at shift changes
- Strive to deliver the highest quality of direct nursing care
Qualification/experience:
- A minimum of 6 months post registration experience.
- Experience within a Nursing Home setting.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Undertake regular mandatory training
- As part of our onboarding check will we also need to see a copy of your Academic Qualification
