Customer Assistant - Christmas - Foods - Fort William
Start Date: 08/12/24
End Date: 28/12/24
Working Pattern:
Week 1: Sun 17.00-21.00, Fri 18.00-22.00, Sat 15.00-20.00
Week 2: Sun 14.00-21.00, Mon 17.00-23.00
Due to the nature of the role, we can't consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation.
Interview Information
Please do NOT book multiple interviews for the same store. We will consider you for all roles across the store during your interview.
Please only book an interview slot if you are able to fulfil the entire work pattern as advertised online.
Interview slots are allocated on a first come,
first served basis - whilst we make every effort to interview as many candidates as possible for our roles, due to the high number of applications we receive, it is not always possible to guarantee this.
Induction information
Please Note: If your application is successful, you will be required to attend a mandatory induction.
Proposed Induction Date: Sunday 8th of December 10.00-18.00
Key Accountabilities
· Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
· Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product
· Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
· Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
· Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
· We'll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
