Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Robust Solutions: Break down user stories into tasks and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Quality Focus: Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to create automated unit tests for Python, ensuring edge cases and future maintenance are considered.
- Effective Communication:
Articulate complex solutions in a way that directly relates to the customers problem, and produce clear, concise documentation.
Technical Expertise:
- Must-Have:
- Source Control: Git
- API Integration: Lambda, AppSync
- Authentication: Cognito
- Database: DynamoDB
- Business Logic: Python
- Event Management: SQS, SNS, Step Functions
- Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK
- Static Analysis: Linting, Security scanning, and vulnerability detection
- Nice-to-Have:
- Security: WAF, SecurityHub
- Deployment: CodeCatalyst, Amplify, CodePipeline
- Monitoring: CloudWatch, X-Ray
- DNS/Networking: Route 53, CloudFront
