Senior Pressure Systems Engineer - Asset Integrity About the job: Kent is looking for a Senior Pressure Systems Engineer - Asset Integrity to be based in Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be part of a continuously growing Multi-discipline Asset Integrity Team supporting a wide range of clients in the North Sea region and globally.
We provide extended integrity specialist services to pressure systems, structures and subsea assets.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate and support not only traditional integrity but also analytical, asset health and other related projects.
Working as part of an integrated, Multi-discipline Asset Integrity Team you will be responsible for development,
review and implementation across a range of documents and processes delivering against the full integrity cycle, including:
Delivering against relevant internal and external client deadlines to a high standard of accuracy and quality.
Supporting training and development of staff in relevant discipline area.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development. Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline.
Chartered status (or working towards) with a relevant Engineering Institution , IMechE, IEEE, etc.
Experience with typical industry client systems, JDE, SAP, Maximo, COABIS, etc.
Understanding of the Integrity Cycle, including key steps associated with planning, enacting, checking and feedback.
Experience in developing, checking and implementing risk-based inspection and assessment (RBI-A) strategies in relevant discipline area.
Experience of reviewing and sentencing anomalies, including risk ranking, categorisation and risk ranking as appropriate.
Knowledge and familiarity with relevant inspection techniques, including GVI/CVI as well as NDT, NII, etc.
Experience in developing asset level integrity management strategy documentation.
Effective communicator with ability to liaise with Client contacts, including site-based personnel, technical discipline staff and project management.
High level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
Well organised and methodical in your approach to project work.
