Description

The Data Protection Manager will report into the CEO & the CTO and be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures






- Overseeing all data protection initiatives and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws
- Leading the response to any data breaches or issues
- Communicating with staff and stakeholders about data protection matters
- Advising the organisation on data protection obligations
- Managing internal data protection activities
- Training staff on data protection guidelines and practices
- Maintaining records of all data protection activities

Profile

A successful Data Protection Manager should have:

- A degree in Law, IT, or a related field
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and practices
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of data privacy
