Location: Crawley

Rate of pay: £22.47 per hour (circa £49k)

Shift pattern: 4on / 4off (covering days, nights & weekends). 4 days (0700-1900), 4 off, 4 nights (1900-0700), 4 off.

This is a tremendous opportunity to join the security team at a client site in Crawley. We are seeking a people focused Security Supervisor to oversee a professional security team at a secure location. Applicants must have strong supervisory experience with the ability to oversee a large team of security officers.

Applicants must be:

- SIA licensed (frontline)
- Have strong supervisory experience
- Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends: 4 days (0700-1900), 4 off, 4 nights (1900-0700), 4 off.

Duties:







- Supervise a large team of Security Officers and ensure a customer focused service is maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions
- Assist with rostering of Security Officers
- Provide training and guidance to Security Officers
- Manage the provision of CCTV and access control systems
- Work closely with the Security Management team
- Effectively deal with all incidents falling within the security remit and to effectively report all incidents to the relevant authority.
- Maintain a log of all incidents and any other records that may be required by the client.
- Identify suspicious persons and actions and report such circumstances.
