Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working arrangement: Hydrid
About the company: Top UK Law firm
Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Residential Property team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support partners and associates on both individual transactions and be part of wider project teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Residential conveyancing searches and investigations eg planning, Companies House.
- Dealing with HMRC re SDLT submissions and rebates
- Pre-completion preparation
- Dealing with post completion registration and SDLT formalities plus land registry requisitions.
- Plot sales preparation
- Grants of new leases to participating tenants on enfranchisement
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Residential Property Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in this area of law.
