Key Responsibilities:
- Configure email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, Zeta) to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML/CSS, email deliverability, and design.
- Support clients with technical guidance and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Assist with platform integrations, including CRM and e-commerce systems.
- Deliver training and workshops on platform usage and best practices.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team.

The Person
- A degree in an analytical or STEM subject, or relevant technical bootcamp qualification.
- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and client interaction.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
