About the Role:
Stonewater is on a mission of growth, and our Development Programme is at the heart of it all. We’re seeking a Finance Business Partner (Capital Programmes), internally known as our Development Finance & Planning Manager, to play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of our ambitious Development Programme. You’ll work closely with our team, influencing and shaping the success of our projects from initial appraisal through to post-development reviews. Your insights will ensure that we deliver value for money and achieve our strategic goals—all while working flexibly from the comfort of your home!
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our Development directorate to provide financial insight, analysis, and strategic support.
- Challenge and review development appraisals, ensuring every project meets our standards for excellence.
- Dive into the numbers—reconcile cashflows and produce detailed, accurate analysis of our Development Programme.
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts,
annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts, driving Stonewater’s growth and success.
- Work collaboratively across teams to identify risks and opportunities, shaping solutions that drive results and meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- A qualified accountant or equivalent experience, with a solid background in finance.
- Experience in development finance and business planning, ideally with Pamwin and Brixx knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills and a knack for making data work for you.
- Excellent communication skills—able to present and write reports clearly and confidently.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for social housing.
