The Business Support Service provide administration and financial support to various teams across the council, working flexibly as required to assist services in meeting their key objectives and priorities.

Business Support Assistant: 36 hours per week Monday – Friday – Located in Huyton
We currently have a vacancy supporting and working closely Social Workers across Children Social Care and our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
The role would require you to support and take minutes at statutory and other professional meetings each day. These meeting would involve both sensitive and distressing information being shared between external and internal agencies. Experience of note taking would be desirable.
You would also be responsible for updating and maintaining service user information, and sharing and receiving confidential information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
