The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value projects and programmes across multiple industries on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving client outcomes, managing colleague outputs, optimising project profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outcomes: Drive measurable success by monitoring performance against agreed KPIs in marketing, sales and customer success. Use results to inform adjustments to plans and develop hypotheses to test in a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Colleague Outputs: Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. Lead production teams and coordinate efforts to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. Ensure team members and clients are clear on priorities and responsibilities.
- Client Satisfaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Act as the client’s primary point of contact to address concerns and proactively solve issues.
- Account Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving account expansion and renewal opportunities. Convert client satisfaction into advocacy and referrals.
- Profitability: Monitor project budgets closely, optimising resource allocation to ensure profitability. Deliver projects within scope, time, and cost constraints.
What We’re Looking For:
- Broad knowledge of customer lifecycles and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience of working with small and medium businesses.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a marketing agency or management consultancy setting.
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
- Financial proficiency in managing budgets and ensuring project profitability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamic experience is a plus.
