Job description

Responsibilities :
Manage caseloads effectively within legal frameworks and policies.
Make complex decisions and manage risks using professional judgment.
Communicate confidently in challenging situations.
Represent the department at multidisciplinary forums.
Engage directly with service users, caregivers, and families in line with safeguarding policies.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
