Key Responsibilities
- Lead EIA Projects : Act as the EIA Lead for major projects in the renewable energy sector.
- Feasibility Studies & Documentation : Write detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and EIA documentation.
- Proposal & Tender Production : Lead the creation of compelling proposals and tenders.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice on environmental matters.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Mentoring & Development : Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
Person Specification
- A BSc degree in a relevant discipline,
preferably complemented by an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Full membership of IEMA and / or Chartered Environmentalist status (or are working towards it).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of the EIA process, including current methods, legislation, techniques, and guidance.
- Strong project management skills, including financial management, program management, and quality control.
