Senior Transformation Manager (FTC)

Who are you?

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join our Transformation team on a one-year fixed term basis. You’ll be working as part of our Transformation Team helping Community, Acute Trusts and other healthcare providers adopt new technology to improve patient experience and the way they operate.

The Transformation team is on hand for every client that uses the DrDoctor Platform to ensure they get the most out of it.







At DrDoctor we want every installation of our platform to deliver the best possible results at every hospital, without exception.

We help our partner hospitals through every step of the way. Over many years, we have come to be experts in delivering technology and transforming hospital services from the ground up.

You’ll most likely have a background in consulting, change or project management. At Manager level, you'll be comfortable delivering large, high-profile programmes of work in complex landscapes.

Spotting opportunities to increase the value we deliver to our clients and holding yourself to your own personal high set of standards.

At Senior Manager level, your clients will see you as the person to deliver new digital first care models with them. You'll be comfortable building complicated programmes for ambitious clients and delivering on opportunities to help your clients change the way they work and improve services.







You’ll also be comfortable spotting and driving opportunities for growth of that client.

What would I be doing day to day?

One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your BAU’!

However, the key things you could expect would include :







- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability or potential to apply them to technical and operational problems to develop creative solutions to client problems
- You must be a confident communicator who work with stakeholders at all levels (up to C-level) internally and externally
- Ability to analyse data on the benefits delivered by your programmes and present results to non-technical audiences
- Strong consulting, change management or technical management skills and ability to apply them flexibly to achieve results
- You must be able to understand the technical side of what we do and have a keen attention to detail

OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

- Healthcare experience, ideally within technology or operations
- Experience working in a client or project environment in consulting,





programme management or technology
- A strong track record of achievement inside or outside of academia and / or work
- Any experience working on account growth is advantageous, but not essential

Salary banding for this role is : £52,500 - £65,000
