If so, then we are looking for you to join us at IKEA. We are looking to welcome Food Co-workers to join our amazing IKEA Food Team.
Expected Starting Date : 20th July
WHAT WE OFFER
£12.00 basic hourly rate - we are a Living Wage Foundation Employer.
We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling
Part Time - Various 12- 30 hours per week, working 3 / 5 days per week. We are open to discussing various working patterns and a full discussion around this will be taken at interview.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers,
we provide options for working evenings & weekends along with dayshifts, weekend working is a requirement of the role, and we will need to be flexible with your shifts which will be discussed at interview.
You will receive every 4th weekend off.
Final offers of employment are contingent upon clear results in mandatory background checks. Backgrounds checks must be completed by all successful candidates and will include medical history.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you know your meat ball from your plant ball? If so, then we are looking for you.
We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food.
You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team to deliver a better everyday life for the many, while embracing change with a solution-orientated mindset.
We are looking for someone who loves working together with your fellow co-workers, looking at things differently & always want to improve.
You are down to earth, you lead by example & take responsibility & inspire both the customer & other co-workers. The customer is always in focus, you strive to make them smile, taking time to seek and listen to feedback.
This is an extremely fast paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting.
Prior experience in food is desirable, but not essential if you have a roll up your sleeve mindset to the various tasks & challenges that present themselves.
