We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team and drive our growth further.
The Role :
As a Telesales Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business and nurturing relationships with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales : Actively reach out to potential clients to promote and sell our logistics services.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our services.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements :
- Experience :
Proven telesales experience within the logistics industry, such as transport services or freight forwarding.
- Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer :
- Competitive Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- Uncapped Commission : Average £5,000 annual commission, with many team members earning £10,000+.
- Hybrid Working : Flexibility to work from home, with the requirement to be in the office at least once per week.
- Flexible Hours : Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 - 17 : 30,
