About the Role : As an Account Support Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of remarketing services both physical and digital.

You'll work closely with account directors and various teams to exceed client expectations, meet volume and revenue targets, and drive service excellence.

What You’ll Do :







- Build and maintain productive client relationships to ensure mutual business objectives are met.
- Oversee pre-sale and post-sale activities to guarantee that service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide key insights and feedback to account directors for performance improvements and service delivery.
- Support the management of client reviews, sales events, and the creation of action plans to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com while supporting the strategic growth of accounts.
- Ensure business-critical processes are adhered to, improving efficiency and profitability across the board.

What We’re Looking For :

- Exceptional client focus and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented, ensuring quality in everything you do.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
