Position : SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
Location : Rotherham

What We’re Looking For :
- Experience & Enthusiasm : Previous experience working with SEN students and a genuine passion for education.
- Qualifications : Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability : Ability to tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Team Player : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- DBS on the update service or willing to get one
Responsibilities :
- Individual & Group Support :
Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Classroom Management : Support teachers in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Resource Preparation : Help prepare learning materials and resources tailored to student needs.
- Student Progress : Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
