The role
We are looking for a talented Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
You will have opportunity to be involved in a mixed diet of work : including private M&A;, together with private equity. You will have opportunity to develop deep sector expertise.
You will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- 5 + years of PQE or equivalent relevant expertise.
- Expertise in corporate work including private M&A;, together with private equity.
- Able to deliver legal and commercial solutions,
working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
- Takes responsibility for managing and developing strong relationships with clients based on an understanding of their business objectives.
- Committed to business development to further grow the practice. Identifies and shapes commercial opportunities encouraging others to participate.
- Works efficiently and commercially and understands the importance of financial hygiene. Shares their understanding with the team.
- A collaborative leader within a team who coaches and develops junior team members to achieve their full potential.
