Executive Chef - High-End Italian Cuisine, Mayfair.
We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a high-end Italian restaurant in Mayfair.

About the Role :
- Deliver exceptional cuisine in this innovative Italian cuisine with a seafood offering.
- Develop and execute creative menus inspired by traditional Italian flavours.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Previous experience in high-end dining establishments and Michelin experience are desirable for this role.
About you :
- Italian executive chef with background in high-end dining
- Experience in volume dining and managing large teams.
- Michelin background desirable or high-end premium dining
- Seafood experience essential.
