Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) : Applicants must hold QTS and have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Experience : Proven experience in planning and delivering the primary curriculum effectively. Experience in KS1 or KS2 is highly desirable.
- Strong Pedagogical Knowledge : A deep understanding of current educational practices, child development, and effective teaching strategies.
- Classroom Management Skills : Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
