Your missions :
- Identifyand understand market trends and customers needs
- Manageand grow Ensemble Foods business within the UK
- RepresentEnsemble Foods at customers and distributors, be the voice of customers internally
- Deliver on the annual sales plan and strategy for his / her region
- Report to the Head of BusinessManagement Ensemble UK
Your day-to-day activities :
Job Purpose :
Develop and execute the sales for ENSEMBLE in theUK
Represents Customers at ENSEMBLE : Translateexternal trends and customer’s requirements internally, capture and understandlocal markets move and needs
Represents ENSEMBLE at Customers : defend thebest interest of ENSEMBLE in our customers interactions
Drive the sales to develop his / her regional marketfollowing the ENSEMBLE sales strategy.
Major responsibilities and activities :
Understand and share commercial situation for theUK : changingtrends, economic indicators, competitors and supply & demand, Customersknowledges, market intelligence
Contribute to the definition and follow-up ofthe annual budget and strategic plan for his / her zone with a :
Bottom up approach with whitemarkets to conquer by preparing a potentials list
Top down approach with a strategy per category
Negotiation :
Support and achieve defined targets defined inthe sales plan
Engage the contracts in his / her portfolioaccording to targets tonnages and prices, propose adaptation based on marketsituation
Report achievement via Sales dashboards, permonth or week if needed and set corrective actions; provide explanations ondeviations
Sales execution :
Provide accurate and live forecast on sales& delivery volume (Anaplan demand review / Monthly buckets) and ensure andunderstand contract execution : 1) execution rate 2) realized prices 3) cashcollection
Actively manage thecustomer / business interface at all relevant points in order to maintaincustomer satisfaction
Process&Tools; :
Apply good practices in the process lead tocontract to order to cash with operational rules : 1 / Leads in CRM 2 / RespectQuotation tool / Price lists 3 / Contract book 4 / Contract desk via contract toolinstructions 5 / Rebates management 6 / Index contract management 7 / Execution follow up etc
Work collectively with all the European Salesteams on a transversal mode to address global and multiregional accounts
Your profil :
Real Business Developer mindset, you like contributing to growing business
- Experience in Food Service and / or Food industry is definitely a plus
- Priority on local language, English language is a must
- Base in UK, 100% remote (home office)
