Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Involvement :
- Help out on a variety of engineering projects from start to finish.
- Engage with project teams and bring your knowledge and fresh insights to the table.
- Assist in ensuring projects stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Design and Analysis :
- Join in on engineering analysis and design for a range of projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and utilities.
- Make use of cutting-edge software and tools for modeling and analysis with guidance.
3. Regulatory Compliance :
- Understand and apply local, national, and international regulations and codes.
- Assist in securing necessary permits and approvals for various projects.
4. Client Interaction :
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and project assistance.
- Work closely with clients to grasp their project goals and support them in delivering customized solutions.
5. Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate successfully with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts.
- Contribute to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
6. Quality Assurance :
- Help uphold the precision and integrity of engineering designs by adhering to strict quality control protocols.
- Assist in reviewing and approving project deliverables to maintain high standards.
7. Innovation :
- Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to creative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, whether it's Civil, Structural, or a related field, is what we're looking for.
- While having internship or work experience in engineering is a great bonus, it’s not a must!
- It would be fantastic if you’re familiar with industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and basic structural analysis tools.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials will be beneficial.
- We're looking for someone with excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and top-notch engineering practices is essential.
