Job Description Early Years Practitioner Agency Location Bristol :
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team am, providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for young children
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Support children's development through structured learning and play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children
- Drive continuous improvement in educational practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Qualifications in
Early Childhood Education or relevant field
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in an educational setting
Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
