YOUR ROLE @CHANEL :

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating desire through navigating the core of fashion trends and shaping the narrative of luxury.

In this role you will utilise your strong interpersonal skills and connect with clients at all levels, effectively, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

As a Fashion Advisor, you will collaborate closely with colleagues on a daily basis,





contributing to a cohesive, collaborative team environment and elevating the standards of excellence.

Gaining deeper insights from a leading player in the luxury fashion market, understanding cultural nuances, consumer behaviours, and the latest developments shaping the industry

Acquiring hands-on experience with CRM systems, which are widely used in the fashion industry to manage client interactions and preferences effectively

Navigating challenges and finding creative solutions to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations, building resilience and adaptability in the process

Contributing to the on-going and companywide vision of sustainability.
