Job description
What will I be doing?
- You will create, manage and implement growth strategies for your key Grocery accounts
- You will set and agree on growth targets for your clients and align these targets with the strategy of the Grocery vertical
- You will build deep and ongoing relationships with key decision makers internally and externally, including Operations Managers, Business Owners and Technical Teams
- You will ensure that your key accounts are satisfied by communicating and project managing their needs effectively to internal stakeholders and influencing action
- You willI identify churn risks within your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate
- You will meet clients face to face and have regular calls / check-ins
- You will become an expert in our Product, Platform, and Operations
- You will collaborate across teams to better focus client-facing efforts, taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions
- You will build and deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations and pitches
What do we need from you?
6+ years of client-facing experience (preferably in a B2B environment with large enterprise clients); consulting experience;
or project management experience
- Hustler mentality, hungry to learn and exceed client expectations in a demanding environment
- Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won’t work
- Experience of managing and / or supporting on projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams
- You have a strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions; familiarity with Tableau and Excel required
- Consultative approach,
with a natural desire to understand your client’s needs and work to find a solution that fits them best
- You are comfortable in using Microsoft office / Google to create presentations and conduct analysis
