Job description
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior property litigation solicitor to join a very highly reputable team in the heart of Bristol.
The successful candidate will be working on fantastic quality and varied work including landlord & tenant matters, asset management issues, boundary disputes, rights of light and property insolvency.
Your client base will also be broad and will include large energy companies, developers, tenant occupiers and property funds.
The transactions you will be working on will be of high value (within the multi-millions), and you will work with the wider real estate team regularly.
The ability to work collaboratively and collegiately is essential.
The successful candidate will have trained at a leading regional, national, or international firm and will also have suitable experience in working on property litigation matters.
The successful candidate will be expected to :
- Be a qualified solicitor or coming up to qualification within the next few months.
- Have relevant property litigation experience.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have fantastic communication skills.
