Commercial Accountant (Greater Belfast)
VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative market leader in their field based in Greater Belfast to recruit a progressive Commercial Accountant to join the growing finance team.

About you
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong commercial experience.
- Experience of working with SAP would also be desirable though not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must also be able to demonstrate that you are a result focused individual with the energy and drive to make it happen.
What you'll do
- Produce robust reporting and forecasting for the business.
- Providing insightful monthly variance analysis to senior management and providing a constructive challenge across all areas of their spend.
- Monitor and review spend against the business plan, investigating variances and flagging risks and opportunities.
- Providing accurate and up to date financial information to help inform business decisions
- Play a key role in leading business project appraisal for costs, investment papers and costing, using financial information to help determine the optimal solution
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time.
