Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Spanish lessons to students using various teaching methods and resources.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported.
- Plan and prepare educational materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and coordinate classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends in language learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Spanish, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a Spanish teacher, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, and cultural aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for the Spanish language among students.
