Job description
I’ve partnered with a leading UK Managing Agent on the recruitment of an Estate Manager role for a prime mixed-use development in the centre of Bristol.
This role will oversee the facilities for a newly redeveloped scheme that is host to office, F&B;, residential and hotel offerings.
You will be
- Liaising with commercial tenants for Grade A office space and high end F&B; providers!
- Given autonomy and have the opportunity to instil your own culture within the scheme.
- In a customer and client facing environment!
- Managing contractors, health and safety, and budgets.

You Will Need
- IOSH / SIA would be ideal, or the desire to upskill.
- Experience with managing a service charge budget.
- Experience in the commercial property sector.
