Portfolio Procurement are recruiting for a Procurement Manager for a leading Property company based in Manchester & London.

This role will be home based but will require occasional travel Manchester, London and sites across the UK.

Experience Required :

- Procurement experience in a residential property or FM industry
- Lead on all contract tenders and renewals
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Benchmarking of services and contracts
- Knowledge of ESG / Net Zero targets
- Carry out regular supplier audits






- Market analysis of emerging supplier
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
