Customer Service Administrator
Leeds City Centre / Hybrid
£21,000 £23,000
My client is an international business with an excellent reputation who are market leaders in their field. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and expanding team based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will need previous Customer Service experience and be a confident communicator over the phone and email.
As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include :
- Deliver a high level of Customer Service to clients
- Assist the internal Account Managers
- Manage all customer queries and complaints
- Manage all queries successfully through to completion
- Ensure all internal systems are kept up to date
As a Customer Service Administrator you will have the following skills :
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on all Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail
