Job description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our Network Development team. As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing ,developing & maximising our existing dealer Network relationships to maximum participation levels via a consultative & analytical approach ensuring that CBS are the number one choice for all stakeholders of employee car ownership schemes including Brand Partner, Group Customer and Group Employee.

The salary banding for this role is between £40,000 - £42,000 per annum along with an annual On-target Earnings (OTE) bonus of £10,225 .

The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.





This is a full-time field based position in the South or South West region of England.

You will work from home and travel to customer appointments when required, with occasional travel to Head Office in Bury, Greater Manchester.

As we have a comprehensive induction plan, the expectation of office attendance in the first 3 months will be greater.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities

Relationships

Plan & initiate customer engagement (both dealer group and employee) in advance, in order to satisfy the needs of the customer and in accordance with the CBS Strategy.

Ensure this interaction is planned in the most resource efficient & results focused manner, utilising virtual meetings where appropriate.

- Conduct meticulous planning prior to any Network engagement, ensuring every interaction is value adding to Employers and their respective Employee communities,





whilst complimenting the CBS and Brand Partner strategies.
- Monitor and drive forward incremental growth by providing Dealer Groups and sites with measured assistance on how CBS schemes can commercially assist them achieve their goals and targets.
- Regularly conduct Employee Communications to ensure all dealer group staff are fully aware of the benefits of CBS schemes.
- Consult with each dealer group customer to achieve a thorough, in depth understanding of their objectives and business strategy to enable the most appropriate recommendation.

Strategy

- Ensure specific quarterly strategies are implemented within all designated Groups, and ad hoc tactical offers are promoted and utilised.






- Conduct accurate & detailed analysis in order to provide robust and compelling data to the customer, clearly and professionally highlighting the benefits of utilising a CBS solution.
- Closely monitor fleet growth, order bank, suspension & renewal data to maximise fleet retention.
- Actively and clearly communicate the features and benefits of CBS products, making full use of company approved marketing materials.
- Equip all Dealer Groups and sites with the relevant knowledge, skills and materials to enable CBS products to be made available to eligible Employees.
- Embrace and share best practice and intel across all business functions, working collaboratively with internal departments

Performance & Reporting

- Maintain accurate, complete and up to date Dealer Group contact records, including employee numbers and meeting notes,





ensuring each interaction is recorded via full adoption of CRM.
- Provide robust & regular forecasting of fleet growth & ensure monthly Board Reports are value adding, accurate and produced in a timely manner.
- Keep the Head of Regional Accounts fully informed of all discussions, agreed objectives and developments with Dealer Groups without undue delay.

Ensure the Head of Regional Accounts has approved any recommendations prior to presenting to the customer.

- Provide real time feedback to the Head of Regional Accounts on both market trends and Group activity with all CBS products.
- Promote and comply with all company minimum standards as detailed in the company handbook and other relevant policies and procedures.






- Attend quarterly Network Development Team meetings alongside any other relevant meetings on and off site.
- Work collaboratively with representatives from Manufacturer Brand partners to maintain the fleet and maximise incremental registration opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of technical and legislative understanding, whilst taking accountability for continuous improvement, learning and development.
- Work on key projects as assigned ensuring delivery timescales and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

- Educated to GCSE Levels including English and Mathematics (Essential)
- Degree educated (Desirable)
- Business development related training or qualification (Desirable)
- Finance related training or qualification (Desirable)
