Role Overview :
- Reporting directly to the Partner of the property team.
- Handle a diverse property portfolio : shopping centres, care homes, buy-to-lets, and more.
- Manage property insolvencies, ensuring adherence to the firm’s strict guidelines.
- Oversee from initiation to conclusion, maximising stakeholder returns.
- Engage with stakeholders, delivering consistent quality.
- Attend marketing events, championing the firm’s vision.
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong academic background.
- Minimum three years experience; insolvency qualification a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
