We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate,
Client Processing II to join our EMEA Security Finance Investigations team.
This role is located in Manchester, UK HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance.
- They will be expected to drive their training and support management with creating of any necessary procedures.
- Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and / or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.
- Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Interact with clients and across business areas as required.
- Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate.
- Organised and prompt with BAU and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in technical testing and implementation of software / process changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel / Power BI preferred.
