Rates of pay are as follows;

£14.87 Mon-Fri

£16.00 Saturday / Sunday

£17.45 Evening after 21 : 00

Trainee Bus Driver Leamington Depot

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as in Leamington.

- Get paid to train and zero training costs as not only will you be earning from day one, we’ll also pay for all of your training costs to achieve a recognised national qualification in Passenger Transport and your PCV licence, worth around £4,000
- Typical annualised earnings of around £32,000 after qualification period







You’ll be one of around 175 drivers who transport our fantastic customers safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to friends and family.

It doesn’t matter if you’re working in customer service, retail, hospitality or in a warehouse or factory, the only things we need are

- You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- You need to want to deliver great customer service
- You need to have a patient, safe and courteous approach to driving

We have a team of drivers that commute into both depots from various locations such as Birmingham, Coventry, Evesham & Redditch as well as other locations across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire & the West Midlands.
