Job description
The Elderly Care department based within a trust in Greater Manchester are looking for a Locum Consultant in Geriatrics to start as soon as possible for 3 months in the first instance.
Core working hours will be Monday Friday, 09 : 00-17 : 00.
The proposed job plan will include a mix of ward rounds across 2 wards and SDEC frailty.
This will be based across an Older Person’s Assessment Unit and No Criteria To Reside ward for complex care patients. Sometimes the ward round will be a session in ED as the frailty team so flexibility is needed.

You must hold full the following in order to be considered :
- GMC license to practise.
- NHS experience in Elderly Care / Frailty.
- Specialist Registration in Geriatrics is desired.
